Affirmed Networks to Virtualize DIGITALK's Mobile Network Infrastructure
By DIGITALK, a provider of carrier, consumer and mobile solutions to retail and wholesale voice and data communications service providers worldwide, announced this week that it has selected and deployed Affirmed Networks to help enhance its mobile cloud infrastructure. DIGITALK will use Affirmed Networks' Mobile Content Cloud solution to deliver Data, Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) services to their service provider customers around the world.
DIGITALK Mobile Cloud is a cloud-based Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE)-as-a-Service provider that has Points of Presences (PoP) in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and is focused on helping Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) deliver effective services to their subscribers.

Recent studies have shown that operators that deploy software-based mobile network solutions—such as NFV—experience significant capital and operational savings—and who doesn’t want that? The findings also showed that these companies gain the ability to develop new, revenue-generating services more quickly and efficiently than before.
